The easiest and most reliable way is to store fresh onions at room temperature. The refrigerator is not suitable for him.
In boxes and baskets. Well-dried onions can be stored in boxes or baskets, but it is important to pour it with a small layer so that it does not rip and rot.
In braids. This is the most reliable way to store onions. But here it is important to choose the right time for harvesting onions. It is important that the tops do not dry out, otherwise it will crumble. But you can’t hurry either – the unripe onion will not be stored.
To store onions at home, they also resort to conservation. Preserve onions are best suited as a preparation that has a special taste, which can be added to salads and snacks.
